Welcome, my name is Stuart Aspin – I established CR8 consultancy in April 2014. CR8 consultancy helps organisations, clubs and people to improve and deliver solutions to everyday challenges or longer-term strategic visions.

My focus is to place an independent lens on organisations to see how I can help you become the best you can be and support you in achieving your goals.

What I deliver is passion, energy and solution focus; this enables me to support you in developing options that allow your organisation to make informed decisions. I enjoy engaging with existing workforces and external experts to understand what the possibilities are to support and deliver improvements.

Engagement is a key enabler and I truly believe this is undervalued in many organisations. My aim is to engage with the company and the workforce in order to evaluate and gain a deeper understanding of the company, this then allows a comprehensive plan that is built on true insights thus allowing CR8 to deliver focused and successful orientated outcomes.

I always have a positive outlook and strive off the energy of others when we face challenges or obstacles together. 

My drive and determination to succeed is based on being able to support my amazing wife and 2 children. Similar to organisational change, families change, and face challenges and obstacles daily and I believe when you are together with a common goal you can achieve great things. 

Unlocking solutions to new and existing challenges is what excites me about CR8, the team and myself will not stop until we find the answers.
